We've got a great series kicking off this weekend called LOSING MY RELIGION and you won't want to miss it. Losing religion doesn't mean that we get to do whatever we want. It just means that we're free from paying our dues to religion, making us free to chase a relationship with God.
This is a really great series to invite folks...just not to the 11:00 service on Sunday at Orland!! If it's at all possible, PLEASE move over to Saturday...let me tell you why!
(Hey Lockport! With you launching your first Saturday service on February 11th, before you know it I'll be saying this to you folks, too! SPLASH!!)

Hi Pastor Tim,
Your message was so great this weekend and I appreciate you opening your heart to speak a message like that. I don't know if you've seen this youtube video or not, but it just goes along so well with what you spoke on. It's called "why I hate religion but love Jesus" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IAhDGYlpqY
Thanks for all you do!

Hi, PT-
I wanted to mention the passage Jeremiah 17:13b - "Those who turn away from you will be written in dust because they have forsaken the Lord, the spring of living water" NIV. This is the explanation that Ray Vander Laan had given as to what Jesus was writing in the dust after the woman was caught in adultery.
It might not be a view that would likely be in a commentary but I believe that the pharasees were triggered by Jesus' act in a way that they were immediately overcome by the passage! What are your thoughts?
