Rachel's album has finally released! iTunes
Go buy it! Tell your friends to buy it. Tweet about buying it! It's on iTunes. And that’s pretty cool. Here is her website too. www.rachelharlow.com
Yes, it's pretty cool to have a daughter who is so talented. But it's been a long time coming. We thought it was going to release in February. And we've been waiting.
Her husband, Ash has a job waiting with Dave Ramsey’s company, but STILL doesn’t have his work visa from the good old USA. Okay, how many working ILLEGAL aliens do we have in this country – and my son-in-law who is legal and is now an American citizen (which took forever) still can’t get started with his life. Of course, if you are the government you wouldn’t want to hurry up and get it done – so he could be adding to our economy, and paying taxes and such. No – just take your time. Looks like it could still be another month!
And hey, if anyone out there needs web development work done – anything having to do with computers or internet – I know an illegal alien who could use some temporary work. :)
So they are waiting. And taking any work they can get and trying to get by.
Waiting sucks. Why can’t everything work the way it’s supposed to?
Rach and Ash are doing well. They are trusting God’s timing. But at least one thing they’ve waited for has happened. God’s timing is always right.
I don’t know what you are waiting for in your life. A job, a mate, an answer, healing, there are so many things, but I do know this…
I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Psalm 27:13-14
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. Isaiah 40:31
The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord. Lamentations 3:25-26
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. Philippians 4:6
Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from him. Psalm 62:5
Be Weird, and Patient.
Tim
I needed to read that today. Thank you PT.
